Emaar was founded in 1997 and its activities in our country started in 2006. Emaar Turkey first delivered the Tuscan Valley project, and later in 2016 it delivered the Land of Legends in partnership with Rixos. Emaar Square, company’s third and largest project in our country, virtually creates a brand new neighbourhood on the Anatolian side of İstanbul. The project is built on 66 acres of land in Çamlıca and has been designed in a manner that combines hotels, offices, residences and a shopping center.

1997’de kurulan Emaar’ın ülkemizdeki faaliyetleri 2006 yılında başladı. İlk olarak Toskana Vadisi projesini hayata geçiren Emaar Türkiye, 2016’da Rixos’la birlikte Antalya’da Land of Legends’ı hizmete sundu. Şirketin ülkemizdeki 3. ve en büyük projesi ise İstanbul’un Anadolu yakasında adeta yeni bir semt yaratan Emaar Square. Çamlıca’da 66 dönüm arazi üzerine kurulan proje; otel, ofis, konut ve alışveriş merkezini bir araya getiren karma bir yapıda tasarlandı.
